I will introduce myself and my skills and expertise and what you can expect from me as a coach and how a session with me would be structured. I will also cover the scientific background of my methods, as well as my ethics. I will also give you a short introduction on how to find inner images through self-hypnosis. There will, of course, also be time for questions.
